Mô tả công việc
• Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with Departments
• Make hotel booking, air ticket arrangements
• Manage meeting rooms and meeting rooms equipment
• Collect invoice/ bills and supporting documents and make payments
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
• Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents from/ to authorities, customers, vendors…
• PIC of courier, internal document send/receive
• Company seal protection and management
• Translate documents when required
• Supervise cleaner’s job and related items
• Other office services
Yêu cầu công việc
* Education:
- Graduated from University;
* Experience:
- At least 1 years experienced in similar position.
* Skill:
- Communicated in English fluently;
- Using MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Outlook.
- Good communication
