Recruitment:
+ In charge of company recruitment activities & other related activities.
+ Check budget and receiving recruiting request of other departments. Then Take in charge of searching appropriate recruiting sources and posting job ad
+ Liaise with recruitment consultant/government agencies or recruitment website to select potential candidates for vacancies.
+ Work with head of the department to arrange the interview schedule, make the letter of interview invitation and join interview to choose the best suitable candidate for the company.
+ Build up candidates database to meet recruitment request.
+ Make Offer letter, create account and welcome newcomers
Training:
+ Editor training program, prepare documents and conduct orientation for newcomers.
+ Hold Company rules, policies to all Employees yearly
+ Take care of training projects, conduct test and report training result.
+ Find suitable training course matched with training needs, follow-up training status and report training.
+ Can organize to train soft training in Company for other teams.
The other task:
+ Make employee card
+ Filing employee profile and administrative documents
+ Assisting HR Manager in arranging all of the internal events related employee activities
Other tasks to be assigned by Superior
Yêu cầu công việc
- University (refer related field)
- Good in English
- At least 2-year working experience in HR field for foreign companies
- Good at analysis and problem solving, communication, high spirit of teamwork
- Willing to adapt and learn
- Honest, enthusiastic, hardworking
- 30-35 years old
