Purchasing tasks:
- Strictly follow the purchasing process and company policy as regulated
- Deal with suppliers to get the best quotation and competitive prices
- Make the purchasing of equipment, furniture, printing orders, book order, etc
- Manage and control purchased services to assure the contracted standard
- Making PPR and PR for all purchasing orders
Administrative tasks:
- Organize and schedule appointments, interviews for board of management
- Make monthly timesheet and leave record
- Make monthly and extraordinary expenditure record
- Make logistic arrangements for workshops and events
- Be in charge of office renovation or new setup
- Be a coordinator among LLV teams and suppliers to receive and respond all requests relating to the Schools Management Software, Schools Link websites, etc
- Prepare and send guideline to new staff before the start date
- Establish and maintain relations with stakeholders
- Provide the best customer service to all stakeholders
- Check feedback of clients about services such as flowers on birthdays and other events
- Manage, maintain the assets at schools and department
- Co-organize placement testing and other tests
- Other related assignments
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in administration and accounting or other relevant disciplines
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese essential (both oral and written)
- Experience working as administrative and accountant for an international organization (at least 2 years)
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, communication and problem solving skills
- Experience in team working
- Able to work under pressure and deadline
- Proficiency in MS Office
