- Ensure the quality of people recruited in the area assigned.
- Enhancing employer branding to create a nurturing environment for talent and attracted the right talent by organizing and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
- Review and improve processes (on boarding, recruitment, exit interview, screening calls etc.).
- Serve as the employee ambassador to all new employees entering the organization.
- Assist to build and develop sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- 3-5 years recruiting experience , with 1-2 years leading a team of recruiters . Candidate working in Retail/FMCG industry is preferable.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Good communicator & well-organized
- Demonstrate personal and professional values
