Report to: Senior Recruitment Manager
* Key Accountabilities:
We are looking for a Recruitment Admin to perform various administrative tasks and support Recruitment Team in the recruitment activities of the company including:
• Mass recruitment
• Updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and arrange interview schedule and coordinate during the interview process
• Collect candidates’ information and invite qualified candidates to paper examination
• Build and manage master lists of candidates for the whole recruitment process
• Support organizing events/activities for employer branding
• Document filing
• Other tasks assigned by the recruiting managers

* Job Specification / Possible Profile:
• Senior university students/ University graduated with majors in HR Management, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Industrial Management, or English, etc.
• Good command of spoken and written English skills.
• Diligence, can-do attitude, team work spirit and creativity
• Details-oriented mindset
• Able to work with minimum supervision yet fulfills requirement
• Able to work under stress to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with MS Office
• To get deep understanding and fully comply with (1) Corporate Integrity Policies (including: policies of Conflict of Interest, Anti-Fraud, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (Gift &Entertainment register), (2) Anti-Money Laundering Policy & Countering Terrorism Financing; (3) and regulation on your roles and responsibilities in operational manual.
• To be responsible for reporting suspected incidents of fraud.
• This job description is reviewed on annually basis and subject to change upon business requirement.
