C.T Group JSC is a well-known corporation in real estate sector leading by President Tran Kim Chung where I was assigned to perform several notable tasks on a restructuring & IPO campaign of the company include:
- Assist & prepare necessary paper to apply and deal with Department of Planning and Investment HCMC in order to obtain conditional business lines and arrange the process of dissolution & liquidation of the company’s assets regarding the IPO issues.
- Support and collect outstanding debts arising from transactions of sale of shares regarding the restructuring issues.
- Assist in the arrangement of the outstanding litigation cases regarding the IPO issues.
