Responsible for all activities of Accounting department:
• Managing the daily operations of accounting department, monitoring the accounting system to daily record and the accounting profession in production and business activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and completion recording of all accounting entries and timely submission of Financial statements according Vietnam based financial and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements following the VAS and Group reports. Responsibility for the reporting requests from the Group headquarter finance team and auditors until completion timely.
• Preparing and cooperating with auditors to ensure the year-end audits are completed timely and smoothly.
• Managing all company bank accounts and reviewing the payment orders before going to BOD for approval, including internet banking payments.
• Performing financial management reports and cost analysis.
• Promptly updating the new financial and accounting regimes issued by the State to subordinates and related departments.
• Attending weekly trade conferences/meetings among group headquarter teams and Vietnam members.
• Carrying out other duties or tasks as assigned by BOD.

Responsible for all activities of Accounting department.
• Cooperate with related departments to control AR, AP, monthly closing, checking inventories.
• Establish, monitor and control annual budget for fixed costs.
• Cash flow planning and execution of approved payment plan.
• Manage monthly payroll, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and PIT payment.
• Update all new regulations issued by the local authorities and ensure the company accounting system is followed accordingly.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, authorities about compliance and reports.
• Review contracts and payment requisition forms according to approved procedures.
• Manage tax reports timely. Prepare VAT, CIT, PIT or other reports / explanation to local tax authorities.

• Provide the professional instruction or guidance on daily booking for accountants to ensure all accounting transactions recorded in correct way according to VAS and audit standard.

• Prepare Financial Statement Report (FSR - including the group's internal financial statements) to the headquarter in Hongkong monthly, quarterly and annual according to regulation.
• Attend daily or weekly trade conferences between the offices in Hongkong, China and Vietnam.
• Support Import and Export department to negotiate or settle with Customs about problems in the process of importing or exporting goods activities.
• Other duties or new projects as assigned by BOD.
