- Manage the operation & execution of BA team. Track the performance of the territory (Sales performance volume, Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) trial rate, Brand health – Off-take and actual selling price on trade); identify the relevant brand focus for the territory and drive for brand awareness, trials and repeated purchase together with Brand, Sales and DTC teams; and gather competitor activities on trade periodically.
- Identify suitable approach for On & Off channel to deliver the availability & visibility as well with specific plan to drive offtake. Building the equity of Products (Premium sector) in the market
- Understand the territory characteristics, the consumer profile and segmentation, the specific trade environment and retailer special needs and wants of the responsible area and therefore - brainstorm with Sales team and design special tactical / pilot trade programs for the territory including scheme, duration, execution briefing, performance tracking procedure.
- Customized and control execution of Brand campaign programs
- Develop relevant visibility strategy for the territory and work closely with Sales to control the deployment & monitoring of Permanent POSM and Temporary POSM on the responsible territory.

- Ensure high quality execution of trade activities planned for the region on the on & off channel (Make sure all of the mass trade marketing programs hit the planned goals by follow up from beginning till ending: Building program with HQ team, deploying the program to the sales team in the region, follow up the execution in the market, make adjustment if necessary, updating the process, wrap up the program, report the results & key learning as well)
- Running the tactical trade marketing programs for region. Besides mass TM programs, there are also some specific programs applied for region proposed by TM A.Manager (Focusing on some specific time & specific products) in order to help to push up sales (Example: Increase sales in by combo program, accumulate stickers, buy 1 get 1…, increase the visibility of specific product in the outlets by posters, standees => Thus, help to push up sales out…)
- Manages the logistics and deployment of all promo materials required for regional activities. Make sure all of Promo materials used for right purpose & effectively.
- Manage & training merchandising staff to deploy fridges, cold icebox & display correctly in the market with professional manner.
- Running other events, local fairs, casting & training PG of Heineken in the region
- Contacting with government, organizers to sponsor for some specific programs in the assigned region
- Demonstrates understanding of shoppers and customers behaviors specific to the region.
