Quality Assurance Supervisor
* Main responsibilities:
- Daily Production report.
- Monthly Production report.
- Warehouse daily report.
- Production label control and checking monthly.
- ZDA report, CAP report, Sustainability report, KI & PL report weekly.
- Follow the export schedule and maintain shipping shoes in order.
- Deal with customer complain, making CAP to show own company
already take action.
- Translate English into Vietnamese.
* Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Set up checking plan for unfinished; finished shoes in-line; end-line
- Provide guidelines to staff on in-line/end line quality assurance flow manage; summarize data collection for quality report
- Implement/follow-up quality improvements initiatives
* Recognition and Gains:
- Professional working attitude.
- Fast learner and good at communication.
- Team working, plan making, reach the target on time.
- Quality knowledge.
- Getting the managing up higher.
- Find where is the main problem( employees, technic,...) that company have to face to, solved immediately.
