✓ Consulting for "Madison Ho Tram Resort" project in terms of implementing legal aspects; drafting contracts/ agreements, construction documents, completion and sales documents; also on behalf of the company to handle any disputes arising in the course of project implementation..
✓ Conducting due diligence for Madison Group’s subsidiaries and
supplementing legal documentation.
✓ Supervising and advising on the implementation of the legal procedures of the company.
✓ Drafting, reviewing, and adjusting contracts, Memorandum of
Understanding, progress of executing contracts.
✓ Drafting, managing, classifying, and tracking records and resolutions of the company.
✓ Advising on other legal issues arising in business activities including trading, bidding, media and real estate project.
✓ Negotiating with partners to obtain favorable agreements.
✓ Conducting request for issuance and amendment on licensing of the company.
✓ Consulting and updating new laws and regulations for other departments
✓ Other tasks assigned by General Director
