1. Related to Production Management:
- Receive and organize the implementation of the enterprise's production plans on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Monitor and manage the production process, resolve problems during shifts related to quality, productivity, and progress. Carry out daily and weekly reports on the line operations and incidents that have occurred that affect work progress.
- Organize weekly and monthly inventory of raw materials warehouse. Check raw materials inventory daily, weekly, monthly to plan and propose raw material imports for production activities. Propose and approve the allocation of raw materials at the factory.
- Proactively propose innovative solutions to increase labor productivity, reduce production costs and participate in building and improving working processes to suit the new situation.
2. Regarding human resource management and material asset management:
- Plan and implement recruitment, interviewing, assignment and training of new personnel for production areas and warehouse staff.
- Check and approve proposals for allocation of tools and assets at the factory.
- Manage and receive feedback on technical errors to plan maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Carry out monthly and quarterly inventory of tools and assets related to production. Coordinate with the accounting department to periodically conduct inventory according to regulations.
- Support in explaining and handling issues related to inventory
