Legal Compliance Staff| Oct.2020 - Til Now
- Advise other sections on legal matters such as Enterprise, Investment, Land, Contract, Labor, Tax, etc.;
- Study and Update lawful requirements that related to the Company operation;
- Carry out procedures to change the IRC/ERC/ORC;
- Review the Contracts/Agreement related to Compliance Office's operation;
- Attend the Charter Project to revise TPC VINA's Charter to comply with the requirements set law.
- Coordinate to build the Legal Compliance Checklist for the Company;
- Finalize Checklists prepared by the relevant sections;
- Hold the meeting to assess the Compliance Status of the Company;
- Mitigate/Close the gap between the practices of the Company and the requirements set out by law by the work standards/S.O.P;
- Report to Compliance Committee the result of Compliance Program;
