facility tours and explain about membership prices & regulations for potential
members, handle member’s registration, collect payments and prepare the record and
related documents.
 Leading, monitoring, motivating and inspiring the front-desk team; providing

 Dealing with customer complaints and inquiries by email, SMS, hotline and in person.
 Preparing invoices for members and contact them for payments.
