• Responsibilities:
Accounting Activities:
Manage finance of projects: Co-ordinate the other divisions to manage operation of
projects (legal, sale status, situation of construction, solution for problems,…) to
assure that the profit of projects match with KPI of NVLG.
Manage, forecast, follow, balance cash flow of projects effectively. Concurrently,
comply with commitments from banks and the other credit organizations.
Perform accounting documents (such as: Contracts and supporting documents) to
assure compliance with Vietnamese Tax Laws, Vietnamese Laws,…
Control sale policy of projects from Sale Division to assure the profit.
Control accounting operations to comply with Approve Matrix from Internal Audit.
Work with Tax Authorities (Finalization from Tax Authorities) and External Auditors.
Establish system reports from SAP for managing effectively (such as: planning of loan
payment report, cash report,…).
M&A Activities:
Recognize risks in M&A contracts (especially Tax, a part of Legal,…).
Bring out solutions for above risks to perform DD action.
Work with partners to solve the problems incurring from risks.
Review contracts involved in M&A such as: loan contracts, BCC contracts,…

• Responsibilities:

Projects Reports, Cash Report, Forecast of Cash Flow Report,…
Manage loan; debenture bond payment planning.
Perform some contracts to assure compliance with Vietnamese Tax Laws, Laws.
Review Sale contract to assure compliance with Sale Policy of Projects.
Perform tax reports in accordance with tax regulation.
