- Manage cash and bank payments, make sure all accounting documents are properly created, singed and filed
- Manage and record all accounting transactions into general ledgers and sub ledgers. Ensure all journal entries are documented, reviewed and approved
- Monthly supporting calculation of the Company's actual and required regulatory capital ratios and related assets bases
- Perform and mange properly reconciliation between general ledger and details of Group Account and investigate any difference
- Finalize and submit statutory report to local authorities Work with auditor and banking relations to ensure that division responsible is clear
- Deal with local taxation authorities pertaining to VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT and handle the taxation matters arising
- Attract, develop and retain people with skills and motivation to provide the best in class services
- Develop the individuals and team strength in related working area
- Ensure the team member are able to work independently and solve most problem as most without close supervision
