- Effective manpower planning and budgeting.
- Develop & implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract and source high
quality candidates.
- Tracks open positions. Sources candidate from both internal and external sources. Interviews and screens candidates for open positions. Expedites and coordinates internal transfers.
- Build the plans and make the settlement of salary fund, bonus and annual welfare for the
Corporation and limited liability company.
- Ensure all HR related issues in compliance with the enterprise law, labor law and company charter.
- Develop a reputation as an open organization that really listens to employees and their ideas

- Organize and keep master data of employees is up to date and easy accessible

Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors
- Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures to employees.
- Build strong relationships and work with external partner/ Government Authorities on issues related to employees.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and employment cycle including but not limited to
employee headcount control, Job advertising, Select and interview, On-boarding, Orientation, Termination and separation.

- Strong hands-on experience in HRIS or payroll software in manufacturing company.
- Organizational, confidentiality, adaptability
- Strong project management methodology background, including schedule, scope, issue, risk and project budget management experience.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and creative experience
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications and employee relations skills.
- LEAN, Six Sigma experience.
- Good understand of Business Processes
