Key Roles:
- Coordinate with business development teams to build up procurement plan and
submit it to the BOD for review and approval.
- Supervise team and monitor bidding procurement procedure, including but not
limited to: bid invitation, bid clarifications, terms and conditions negotiation, bid
evaluation, award recommendation and contract signing.
- Monitor to make sure the contract value will be under budget
- Develop weekly progress report to make sure the procurement progress is on
schedule
- Monitor contract implementation, including material delivery schedule, vendor
data submission; advance payment guarantee.
- Coordinate and support Logistics team in logistics and customs clearance
activities.
- Settling down the payment for vendors upon completion of goods delivery.
- Discover and survey new suppliers for each kind of equipment/material
- Evaluate performance of the current suppliers and provide proposal to higher
management.
- Resolve all problems/matters arising during bidding stage, contract execution
stage and post-delivery stage.
- Managing the suppliers according to the company's criteria: capacity, product,
delivery time, after-sales service, payment method, potential development.
