❖ Position: Account Manager at Commercial Department
❖ Company Information: Scandinavian Design Vietnam Co., Ltd
❖ Main Duties:
✓ Handle customer’s orders from many markets such as US, EU, UK,
China, Taiwan, etc… from order receiving to cargoes exported.
✓ Check and clarify customer’s requirements for production, testing
requests, inspection requests, shipping requests.
✓ Input and update production orders via customers’ web portal.
✓ Collaborate with customers, technical department, QC/QA department,
production department for all related issues.
✓ Foreseen, identify and solve problems, which affect a smooth delivery.
✓ Check and follow exporting documents (BL, commercial invoice,
packing list, etc…)

Main Duties:
✓ Receive new orders from CEO or customer.
✓ Raise PI and send customer.
✓ Chase customer to confirm order - pay deposit.
✓ Monitor production process with product team properly to meet
quantity, quality, order specifications and delivery dates.
✓ Clarify shipping marks, inspection with customer and keep product
team update accurately.
✓ If customers want to change ETD, change PO#, change quantity,
change POD…check with product team and update clients.
✓ Clarify with clients about testing standard and follow testing process
with third party prior to loading.



✓ Notify clients if shipments are delayed.
✓ Make shipping plan weekly and arrange booking with Forwarder/client.
✓ Make shipping document: VGM, BL, invoice, packing list and send
shipping document to buyers, couriers
✓ Fill in all template such as QA submission form, timber, cushion
questions and other templates which are requested by clients.
✓ Coordinate with Finance team to ensure no overdue payment.

Main Duties:
✓ Update daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
✓ Stock controlling
✓ Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
✓ Responsible dealing with building managements.
✓ Management of petty cash transactions (for event or sampling)
✓ Responsible for the preparation and processing payroll + incentive for sales associate.
✓ Assist the team with promotion activities: sampling, voucher give
away, ...
✓ Asssit the team with any events activities if needed.
