I was the company's board of directors Jooco Vina Company invited to work in production planning (PPC dept.) Specializes in manufacturing slipper, room shoes for UNIQLO & some brands from Japan.
- Make daily, weekly & monthly production plan basic on factory capacity
- Working directly with customers and import-export department to plan the delivery always on time.
- Communication and feedback with customers. Directly receptive information and customer support when needed.
- Order tracking throughout the manufacturing process.
- Management and continuous skills development for employee’s production planning department.
- Research and application of support systems such as Lean to improve productivity, improve the capacity of the plant.

I was assigned to work in the quality department to be functioning with manager position to responsible for quality issues at Jooco Dona.
The manager of quality department (QA/QC & CE/Lab). I have not stopped looking for solutions to improve the quality of the plant to create customer confidence.
1. CE & LAB (Chemical Engineer & Laboratory)

2. QA/ QC
- Preparing quality manual.
- Taking approval from the top management for implementation of the system stated in the manual.
- Implementation of statistical quality control system in the factory where it is applicable.
- Training of QC personnel for continuous improvement to achieve quality level as desired by customer.
- Collections of buyer’s quality specification /guide lines from buyer’s side (through discussion, mail, website or manual) and convey it to QA/QC for monitoring the proper implementation to attain buyer’s quality level.
- Maintain liaison with buyers QA personnel to share technical affairs wherever needed.
- Monitoring the job of QA & QC of the factory to evaluate their performance and report it to concern authority.
- To help authority to recruit right person for right job of QA department.
- To inform top management the overall quality position of the factory as and when necessary.
- Inform top management if factory personnel are unable to perform up to the desired quality level to take corrective action
- Making of sample, spec. sheet stating every technical detail, swatch cards, leather test report, fabric test report etc.
- Study quality related books, journals, manuals and research for continuous improvement.

With Production & Quality Manager position.
- Lead & manage Production team, Planning team & Quality team to ensure that footwear meets quality standards, delivery timelines, and customer requirements.
- Supervise and coach all team members who conduct production, planning and quality to ensure an efficient process flow. Provide guidance for improvements in personal skills and technical procedures.
- Work with Develop team to ensure standards and requirements for the engineering and manufacturing of footwear are adhered to with regards to product quality.
- Resolve technical-related problems which occur during the process of production and communicate these issues to production management and staff as well as the factory, and if applicable, material team to ensure follow-up of action items.
- Review production issues and provide viable options or solutions to solve these problems. Communicate technical issues to customer and suggest possible solutions which may require their approval.
- Direct & manager the production & planning team to ensure on time delivery and meet daily/weekly & monthly target.
- Work with Customer & internal factory department to prevent potential quality problems and to ensure the product is meeting standards.
- Management of production timelines, reviewing reports and recommend appropriate action when issues arise.
