I. From Mar, 2024 to Present: Business Development Executive, Part-time, IDVN Lawyers, Ho Chi Minh
• Setting up for the Firm's branch in Ho Chi Minh City;
• Working closely with Partners to raise the Firm’s profile as well as Partners and lawyers;
• Working with Partners to collect deals for Submission;
• Preparing and submitting Submissions on schedule;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the Firm’s rankings;

1. In terms of Corporate and Investment
• Conducting legal research and advising regarding to Clients’ request;
• Rendering retainer legal consultancy in corporate matters, daily operation, investments, restructuring, reviewing contracts, Charter, internal labors, policies, Annual General Meeting etc;
• Conducting works related to M&A transactions, including providing relevant legal advice and drafting due diligence reports, share purchase agreements, and other necessary documents;
• Crafting investment teasers for projects;
• Providing legal advice in setting up foreign businesses under the laws on corporate and investment including: IRC, ERC, and post-licensing works: taxpayer registration, information disclosure, internal labor regulation, etc; and
• Regularly updating new legal regulations for the Clients and the Firm..

• Advising various Singaporean, American, Japanese, Korean investors in setting up companies and branches establishment in Vietnam;
• Advising on the transfer of all shares of a social enterprise to the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha;
• Advising a Vietnamese paper manufacturing enterprise in the sale of preferred shares to foreign investors;
• Advising a Vietnamese real estate company on the dissolution and transfer of a real estate investment project;
• Advising a Vietnamese group of companies on restructuring;
• Advising on social support facilities (nursing home) establishment;
• Advising on labor reassignment for a group of construction companies;

2. In terms of Dispute Resolution

• Advising and participating in negotiations for a major Vietnamese seafood exporter in a $5 million international goods sale dispute against a group of companies from Russia and Cyprus;
• Preparing in Bid dossier for legal services in ̀̀̀8 ISDS cases.
