1. MATERIAL CONSUMPTION
- Receive raw - material consumption from production dept, double check, compare data on exel file with product
- Input material consumption on customs software-Ecus
- Weekly checking the material consumption balance on Ecus
- Build yearly “import-export-leftover” record and send to customs office
2. Import:
- Receive invoice packing list from China, check, register new material code on Ecus, look up HS code…
- Customs declaration
- Send customs declaration sheet to local transporter to pick up import cargo
3. Export
- Receive export schedule, packing list from production planning dept
- Place booking with forwarder
- Inform related depts about time cargo must be shipped out (cut off time)
- Prepare shipping documents
- Calculate consumption for new styles
- Register code on Ecus for new styles
- Customs declaration for export
- Supervise loading on container, send SI to forwarder
- Check draft bill and confirm
4. C/O application

- Export customs declaration on Ecus
- Supervise workers who load cargo on containers
- Key in shipping information on system soft ware of company
- Send SI to forwarder, check and confirm their FCR or B/L
- Handle the payment for forwarder
- Doing other work of export team...
