Conducting the Annual Sales Plan that includes setting sales strategies and sales activities to
ensure the future sales growth for the assigned segment.
❖ Being responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales target for the assigned segment.
❖ Carrying out market analysis on the products, services and competitors to have a thorough
understanding about the needs and demands of the clients, in order to create/adjust strategic
plans and suitable promotions for particular periods of times to attract and maximize the business.
❖ Managing the account partners in the assigned segment, both domestically and internationally
(Corporates, Travel Agents, Event Agencies)
❖ Establishing and maintaining close relationships with the account partners through daily sales
calls, tele-sales or email communication in order to generate and drive as much business as
possible.
❖ Seeking new clients to develop the database for new business.
❖ Having done the sales call trips in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Australia annually.
❖ Supporting, coordinating and monitoring the section’s subordinates to ensure the clients’
satisfaction and capture more businesses.
❖ In charge of enquiries: making proposals and replying to clients' enquiries to make sure that the
clients have the information they need for their events within 24 hours. Understanding the clients’
requirements and making suitable suggestions in terms of services, venues and programs to
ensure their events to turn out a success.
❖ Following up the group requests and negotiating rates & benefits with the clients, in order to
maximize the revenues and close the deal.
❖ Post-event follow up to gain feedback, ensure the clients’ satisfaction and create opportunities for
repeated business
