- Short-term: Looking for a workplace whose culture fit me and where I am eligible of practicing as much knowledge I've learned by working and studying as possible. For the next 2 years, I will concentrate on attaining more experience and skill to deal with workload. Besides, feedback from more-experienced colleagues help me intensively improve my competency and find the way to devote all of my capability to push the company up.
