Develop, implement and manage the marketing
& brand strategy for assigned brand/product.
The position covers the full marketing mix: strategic
planning, market research & analysis...
Responsible for P&L of the product.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets
and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities
and key issues.
To monitor and analyze sell-out and sell-in data per
region/team to ensure the smooth implementation and successful execution of brand performance, Sales performance, recommend programs for growth and development.
Work closely and effectively with internal team: digital team, sales team, warehouse team, R&D team and so on … to execute the plan and achieve the targets. Others works assigned by Marketing Manager

Cooperate with other functions (Sales, Purchasing,
Accounting & Finance, …) to ensure effectiveness &
timeliness of Marketing programs
Manage and co-ordinate with agencies to perform
the jobs (design, POSM, Marketing materials…)
Monitor the contract and timely process payment to
supplier
and offline communication: Video, Image, POSM..
