* Main responsibilities:
- Prepare briefs, motions, petitions, and other legal documents assigned by paralegals/associates;
- Conduct legal research on issues relevant to cases to support clients;
-Review and summarize case files to determine what additional action is needed by paralegals/associates;
- Draft contracts, wills, trusts, deeds, corporate charters, and other legal documents;
- Research applicable laws and legal precedents in order to provide legal support to paralegals/associates working on cases;
- Perform administrative tasks, such as delivering documents to clients, conducting informal discussions with competent authorities;
- Translate Vietnamese documents into English and vice versa.

* Recognition and Gains:
- Join an engagement team to support a social enterprise which aims to provide fresh water and build hygienic toilets for children in the mountainous district (Tra Bong District, Quang Ngai Province, Vietnam);
- Join an engagement team to give regular legal advice for a non-government organization mainly singing songs with a view to raising fund for cancer patients and childrens in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam);
- Support the Company to organize a workshop to introduce Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on protection of personal data;
- Assist a manufacturing Japanese company to prepare a package of market entry to Vietnam;
- Support an international school owned by a Singaporean enterprise for the investment registration certificate;
- Asist a UK building company for the dispute resolved by the arbitral council with the main task to collect the evidence and check the legislation of relevant documents.

* Main responsibilities:
- Carry out and provide legal briefing and legal research on Vietnamese laws, legal procedures aspects in various legal issues;
- Draft and prepare various types of legal documents;
- Submit dossier to and liaise with competent authorities;
- Translate legal documents from Vietnamese into English and vice versa;
- Assist lawyers, partners and associates of the Firm on matters arising from day-to-day operation;
- Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client’s issues;
- Other tasks under instruction of lawyers, partners and associates of the Firm.
