For coffee bean business (main job)
Supporting for purchasing process (follow pricing, price bid, contract...)
Communicate with headquarter for customer delivery schedule.
Working directly with factory manager to control production plan, quality of goods and
delivery schedule to customers on time.
Working with forwarders to get vessel bookings base on customer delivery schedule.
Coordinating with QC staff to check the cargo quality in supplier factory (checking
physical of coffee when sampling and cupping) before submit the Pre-shipment sample to
inspector. Ensure to control quality to meet with customer requirement.
Working closely with internal for the contracts, documentations, payment.
Follow up the market situation and make the report to team leader.
Working and visiting suppliers regularly to build good relationship with them.
Often to attend customer visiting to shipper factory and coffee farms to check the crop
situation.
For other agriculture products (pepper, cinnamon, tea, carrots…)
Working closely with current suppliers about quality, quantity and production plan.
Work with customer about delivery schedule.
Work with forwarder (export) and transportation companies (domestic cargo) about
delivery schedule in order to ensure catch customer schedule.
Looking for new suppliers in order to have diversified suppliers.
Looking for new items base on requirement from headquarter in Japan.
Working with suppliers for export document checking, follow payment.

Macrolite is the trading company in the heavy industry and agriculture products, I havev
been working here and accumulated some experiences and learned new knowledge in
both two field:
1. Purchasing task
- I able to sourcing for suppliers (Tapioca Starch, Coffee bean, Cooking oil, Sugar, Copper
Wire, Aluminium Rod, Pet Preform, Cement, Fish Sauce, Seasoning and so on) and
negotiate with them to get the best price and highest commission for my company.
- I have good relationship with forwarders in order to minimize the costs of
transportation.
- I am working closely with forwarders to follow up about the schedule vessels and
freight cost.
- I can do well by make the working plan with suppliers about the price, terms, payment,
samples, quality and relevant issues.
- I able to evaluate and compare among a lot of suppliers in order to chose the best one
for cooperation
- I able to control the working process from when receive the buyer's inquiry, then
working with suppliers in Vietnam, until ship out the cargoes to buyers in Philippines.
- I do well to coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to ensure for the production and
shipping on time.
- Coordinating with buyers to get information about delivery schedule.
- I also joint into resolving problems when produce or shipping process meet any
problem. For example: late production or payment, delay vessel or some problems with
export documents.
- I working regularly with import, export documents such as check and collect
documents for export (such as L/C, TT, CO form D, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing list
etc).
- I communicate directly with me head office in Philippines and Korea through Phone,
Skype, Yahoo and Email everyday.
2. Sale task
- I know how to research market and competitors.
- I always looking potential customers during my working time.
- I made the sale plans to reach potential customers and maintain relationship with
current customers.
- The usefull skill that I think I already improved well, is communication and negotiation
with customers.
- I am able to deal with customers as well as support them if there are any problem
during our cooperation.
- I able to work under high pressure very well.
