Promote and advertise the program to expand talent-pool. Address to Head Hunter and self-approach potential candidate.
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determining selection criteria.
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
Run whole recruitment process from sourcing, interview, organize and facilitate Assessment Centers as well as follow up with interview with Head of Departments and Mentors.
Design and alignment of station planning for management trainees including: the placement abroad.
Close cooperation with Head of Departments and mentors for all HR processes: Talent and Association review (evaluation of potential)
Annual Salary Review, Goal and Performance Review, Career Advancement Dialogue
