•Search and take the martyr and invalid documents from the archives to give evidence for the officials to

• Assist in inspecting the proposal documents from the citizens to accept preferential treatment provisions
for people, like monthly benefits or one-off benefits, health insurance, education aid, job creation, etc.
• Participate in citizen receptions to explain the existing policies to the people

• Analytical skill: Ability to analyze a social issue from different angles before reaching a conclusion.
• Communication skill: Good level of verbal communication and flexible body language when discussing with other people. And ability to communicate competently in English and Vietnamese.
• Motivational skill: Capability of maintaining a positive atmosphere in group work and encouraging teammates to stay in good morales to accomplish their tasks despite obstacles and conflicts.
• Computer skill: Fundamental IT skill and experience in using Microsoft Office and Google Software.
