1. Providing legal advices/support on various matters arising during the Company's business operation.
2. Coordinating with Departments to ensure that the Company’s activities comply with laws (E.g., laws on payment intermediaries and finance, laws on information technology, commercial law, and laws on anti - money laundering, etc.).
3. Completing relevant legal records of the Company (if necessary).
4. Drafting and reviewing contracts (on: payment intermediaries, finance, banking, information technology, commercial law, data protection, trading, marketing,..).
5. Completing Company's regulations and policies of which the Legal Department is in charge.
6. Recommending Departments to build or supporting them to review internal regulations and Company's policies.
7. Updating new legal regulations relating to the Company's business operation.
8. Performing other tasks under the Manager's requests.
