- Managing how to smoothly with the working circle: Checking the right number of orders; starting
& pushing in time shipment with factory, get the compliment from customers and discuss the good
way for both sides...

- Selling cost shipping (import-export; custom fee or trucking fee)

each customers.

- Controlling the moods of sale person on telesale task to find new customers
- Making profit, cost on quotation reasonable and discuss in better way to get the deal.
- Take care customers in many ways: visiting, give them the small gift in some specials date.
