1. Regular consultancy (retainer service): Do legal research and give advice on all legal matters; draft/review and revise the various contracts; prepare/adjust the labor rule, labor contract, internal policies, and internal documents as requested by the clients;
2. Licensing: Cooperate with the personnel in various departments of the corporate clients to request the information, draft the dossier, and work with the official at the Department-level, Ministry-level to obtain the new licenses, or update, change the enterprise registration certificate, investment registration certificate, branch/representative office operation registration certificate, trading license, retail outlet license, workshop license for maintaining of automobile, automobile import license, etc.
3. Investment, M&A: Do research the business lines, the conditions for market entry, the method for market entry, consult on setting up the investment project and establishing the company to implement the project in Vietnam for various clients; do research the regulations of laws to support drafting, checking, translating of the transaction documents of the M&A projects.
4. Legal opinion: Do research the regulations and the practice; liaise and work with the Department-level, Ministry-level competent authorities to seek the legal solutions for the client’s requests, and prepare the first draft of the legal opinion.
5. Litigation: Support the litigation team in the working process with the Court, Commercial Arbitration to resolve disputes authorized by clients.

2. Market entry: Do research and consult to establish various subsidiaries and representative offices of foreign traders in Vietnam.
3. Labor: Draft the template of the labor contract and internal labor rule; consult and guide the client on the legal matters regulated in the Labour Code and the internal labor rule.
4. Co-operation: Work with the audit/accounting division to take the data, synthesize information, and make reports related to investment activities of corporate clients; liaise with competent authorities in person and via phone to seek legal advice.
5. Legal updates: update new provisions; discuss and guide the junior on the interpretation and applying the regulations of laws.

2. Consultancy: Do legal research, support drafting the legal memoranda pertaining to foreign investment into Vietnam, the establishment of subsidiaries, and other legal issues in order to support the Lawyer and Legal Assistant to provide clients with the legal memorandum.
3. Working with the authorities: Liaise with the competent authorities to seek legal opinions regarding the unclear provisions of laws and the practice opinions.
4. Document management: Scan, and archive the hard and soft files of the dossier, licenses, and other documents of the client.
