- Responsible for all process of HR related to Internal/External Compliance Audit (WRAP, LEVI'S, Wall Mart, Adidas, US Custom, Fruit Of The Loom, ...) to can be achieved Buyer standard.
- Apply, update and maintenance Foreign Labor records (Work Permits, Temporary Residence Cards, VISA, ...)
- Control Sub - Contractor (Food supplier, Bus supplier, Uniform supplier, Security supplier...)
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. - Meeting and working with Industrial Park, Goverment when need.
- Update Laws and share to related Departments.
- Assistant, counselor, translator for the Korean Board of Directors.

- Checking attendance; Cacurate monthly salary, overtime, bonus, annual leave.
