Key responsibilities:
- Ado Vina is product Garment with Type of processing.
- Control import/export to deliver/receive cargo on time and save cost.
- Control and follow up material, Inventory, Producing Planning.
- Control procedures over all aspects of the tax & customs process
- Communicate with the carrier/forwarding/trucking service to have the best schedule & quotation.
- Perform other tasks assigned from senior management.

Position: Logistics Assistant Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Wanek company is belong Ashley furniture industries which is an American home furnishings manufacturer.product with Type of export production.
- Report directly to Manager who is foreigner
- Manage and follow instruction routine works for all Logistics staffs including: Docs, Parking lot, Booking, Payment, Coordinator,warehouse
- Check inventory and preparing monthly report to 3PL management.
- Co-operate with others department (head office) to solve problems.
- Control import/export scheduling activities to satisfy customer expectation.
- Control cost and detail verify all the import/export/trucking service quotation before decision making. (FOB, EXW, CIF,DDP….)
- Lead the logistic team on how to drive down the logistic cost. Manage to anticipate the risk and opportunity of the vendors.
- Communicate with the carrier/forwarding/trucking service to review the quotation from time to time and arrange the contract.
- Direct inbound or outbound logistics/customs operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, customs clearance or logistics quality management.
- Good communication with all oversea vendors to have the soonest ETD/ETAwith longest Dem/Det for capacity is over 7,000 containers per month (US/China/Italy/Canada…..) and deliver cargo on time as plan.
- Create policies or procedures, SOP,KPI for logistics/customs activities.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues
