- In charge of labor contract: salary approval, letter of offer, labor contract, appendix, renew contract confirmation and ensure labor contract list is up to date. Prepare paperwork such as: job transfer, termination decision, promotion.
- In charge of work permit, temporary residence card/ working visa, apartment for expats working in Vietnam.
- Monitor employees’ attendance, overtime and annual leave
- Employee benefits: Responsible for managing all employee benefits, including insurance, fitness, care, disability, and wellness programs. Tracking employees work hours, updating records when an employee's status changes, answering payroll questions employees have and performing calculations with commissions, bonuses, taxes and other deductions
- Employee relationships: Manages the relationship between employees (such as with staff and management). This includes minor disputes as well as communication between the organization and trade unions.
- Key in timesheet into timesheet system, accurate and timely for monthly salary calculation (in charge 200+ employees)
- Weekly contact with EPC’s HR for HR issues.
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
- Coordinates and facilitates on-boarding and off-boarding of expatriate staff
- Maintains the Expatriate Employee Reference Guide and other governing documents to ensure all are current and in line with common practices and communicated to applicable staff on a timely basis
- Develops, updates, implements and/or communicates personnel policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws and regulations
- Must use care and judgment to ensure fairness and equity throughout the counseling process
- Knowledge of the company’s benefit programs, and their application must be complete. Incumbent acts as benefits counselor to both management and employees
- Register tax code... Making Manager weekly report.
- Using EPR software for updating HR situation to Head Office at Korean.
