Handle full responsibility on compulsory insurances including opening and closing insurance books, claiming sick leave, maternity leave, etc.
- Maintain records on changes in salary rates; pension, insurance, mandatory deductions; new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.
- Administer employee database, and process labor contracts to employees.
- Ensure smooth payroll processing and salary administration with high sense of accuracy, timely, and confidentiality. Be responsible for responding to staff inquiries related to payroll matters.
- Coordinate with Accounting Department to proceed salary payment, social insurance payment, tax payment, etc.
- Work closely with relevant Government Offices such as Tax Authority, Social Insurance Office, Labor Department, The Ministry of Health, etc. and frequently update changes in related labor policies and regulations.
- Monthly, quarterly, yearly submit required reports to Competent Authorities (Pay scale, Occupational Safety and Health Report, Registration of Labour Utilization, etc.)
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, recruiting websites. Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for all positions.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Organize year-end party, gala dinner, company trip, etc.
- Register PIT code and PIT dependent for staff.
- Support to do PIT finalizations at year end

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Create job description.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board, the company’s website, social media channels, etc.
- Build applicant sources, search and match qualified candidates. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Interview candidates face-to-face and by Skype.
- Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff
