I. Recruitment:
- Responsible for performing recruitment at the request of customers and departments.
- Analyze the market, human needs in each region and find new sources to find candidates and collaborators.
II. Team management and development:

- Manage and operate the system of salary, bonus, welfare, social insurance, personal income tax, ...
- Develop plans and implement policies to develop corporate culture; company recruitment, training and resource development programs
- Do settlement of affairs related to relations, labor discipline, emulation and commendation.
- Do HR strategic planning and budgeting of the company.
- Build up and complete the administrative document management system: Rules, Regulations, BM, ...
- Propose solutions to ensure administrative and servicing functions: office machinery system, security surveillance camera system, communication system.
- Build and control the Administration-HR budget of the Company.
- Support the Board of Directors to address the arising problems regarding Organization – Administration-Human Resources.
- Periodically check the branches about the company's processes and regulations.
- Build up Job Description of all positions and adjust periodically and when there is a change.
- Directly implement the work performance measurement system (KPIs).
- Track debt collection, track all maturing contracts of branches.
- Perform other jobs as assigned by the superiors.
