1. HRBP Supervisor
• Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers at HMC
• Cascade and monitor the implementation HR services and processes at hospitals and clinics
• Coordinate with specialist team in complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally at hospitals and clinics
• Manage and monitor human resource management KPIs of hospitals, clinics (TCTC, turnover rate, replacement cost, recruitment length…) and alert key issues and risks for HRD and HRM at hospitals, clinics
• Develop HR initiatives in support HR department at hospitals, clinics to achieve HR goals
• Provide instant and immediate feedback on all HR processes, procedures and initiatives
• Ensure all data (new staff, transfers, promotions, training, …) and employment changes (salary changes, leavers….) are maintained and updated.
• Act as an consultant for HR Manager at hospitals and clinics
2. HRM of Hoan My ITO Dong Nai
• Responsible for the strategic planning of the human resources function. In charge of recruitment, training and development, 83 index, compensation, staff welfare and facilities. Formulates policies and supervises policy and legal compliance.

* Monthly
o Responsible for payroll , Compensation, Benefits, and HR policies.
o Review salary calculating process, sales incentive, bonus, awards and recognition, and severance allowance
o Elaborate new C & B policies based on business growth and granted budget
o Analyze external market data as well as internal data about current and future HR needs to develop salary for budgeting and forecasting salary, consistent with the company's C& B policies
* Budget planning
o Provide database to elaborate Strategic plan, Annual Operation Plan, Operation Review, and Quarterly Forecasting to analyze/propose solutions for HR Admin Manage
o Follow & alert about headcount’s change to assure labor productivity
o Follow and syntherize headcount plan
o Build up reasonable HR cost and closely monitor HR cost
o Elaborate salary fund analysis table
o Coordinate with HR Admin Manager to ensure the effectiveness and exactitude of HR budget report
* Others functions
o Assign task, introduce, evaluate and develop the team member
o Advise and train HRM about labor law, rights and duties of HR Department in C&B
o Maintain relationships with consulting partners and and services suppliers (assurance agencies…) to ensure the standard service for company
o Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by Country HR Manager

- Ensure the accuracy and timely of monthly time sheet/ attendance sheet;

- Compute and administer PIT monthly and finalization.

- Assist the Admin supervisor to search for, evaluate, and lease apartments for expatriate managers
- Monitor the maid services to expatriate managers
- Assist in breaking down the language barrier
- Manage the employee dormitory
- Distribute cleaning materiel, drinking, and etc
- Provide service to expatriate managers, such as VISA, work permit, residence permit, and settlement for the charge of gas, electricity, phone & etc
