Main duties:
A) HR/GA system:
- Assist BOD in building HR strategy, organization development plan by carry-out OGSM framework to turn
ideas into concrete activities.
- Setup and operate HR/GA system: Organization chart, Department functions and duties, job description,
procedures and policies, total rewards system.
- Preparation of annual manpower plan and budget.
- Analyze and manage all HR/GA related expenses, align human capital expenditures to approved budget.
- Planning for employee succession plan and career path in order to accomplish organization and accordingly
plan for quarterly/biannually training programs.

B) HR & GA Operation:
1) C&B and Rewards:
- Take full responsibility for the entire C&B tasks, including but not limited to benefits application complied
with company policies; payroll process; PIT code declaration/periodical finalization, dependent registration;
labor contract; compulsory insurances; additional insurances and other C&B related tasks.
- Support BOD on build up salary structure to ensure it is attracted and reasonable in market-rate.
2) Talent Acquisition:
- Support BOD and line managers in defining the company’s current and future hiring needs to develop talent
acquisition strategies and headcount plan.
- Review and update organization chart, job description, organization announcement, etc.
- Handle hiring process: Work with hiring manager to understand the skills and competencies required for
opening positions and manage the recruitment process which may include sourcing, selecting and onboarding.
3) Training & Development
- Implement effective orientation programs for new hires.
- Coordinate with line managers to create annual training plans and propose budget Provide support them
to draw employees’ career paths to improve human resources’ competence.
- Be responsible for training coordination & learning/training ideas.
- Be experienced in organizing many training courses with the internal coaches as director and managers
4) Employee Engagement:
- Grow a corporate culture of integrity, openness, humanities and talent nourishment.
- Making plan and supervise the deployment various employee engagement programs and internal
cooperate communication activities such as internal newsletters, company events, trip and outdoor
teambuilding, women’s day, birthday party, art and sport activities.
- To bridge between board of managers and employees to engage and retain the high-performance staff.
5) General Affair Management:
- Be accountable for execution of administration team including receptionist, sanitation staff and drivers.
- Organize and supervise all administrative functions and office activities in the company, including office
supplies and facilities services and the cost & expense.
- Building and implementing all office administration policies.
- Ensure office operations run smoothly as best-workplace & integral professional administrator.

C) Import license registration for medical devices
- Supervise the preparation registration the import license or declaration of medical devices circulation.
- Develop and maintain closed relationships with the Ministry of Health to update the law related in medical
devices importation and purchasing policies.

Main duties:
1) HR general:
- Assist general manager to review and adjust HR system: Organization chart, Department function, Job
description, HR procedures and total rewards system.
- Setting up employee personnel files from hiring to leaving: profile; contract and any movements in their
career.
- Update for BOD any new government’s policies & regulations related to HR.
2) C&B:
- Collects and maintains confidential employment related time records, performance evaluation, annual
leave, income adjustment if any … to prepare and settle monthly payroll in a timely and accurately.
- Setup and implement performance appraisal forms and procedures.
- Generate and submit periodical reports and plans of C&B budget.
- Monthly SHUI accurate and handle employee’s insurance claims (sick leave, maternity leave…).
- Register PIT code, employee's dependents code and in chart of PIT finalization to government.
3) Recruitment:
- Corporate with Hiring Managers to play role as recruiter: talent sourcing, CV screening and co-interviewing
candidate to find the right person for the position.
- On-boarding setup: salary negotiation (if any), checking reference, offer letter, welcoming and induction.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to Managers.
4) Employee relations:
- Partner with line managers in managing employees to ensure compliance with relevant legislation;
discipline and grievance procedure.
- Be in charge of all internal activities as year-end party, staff birthday, team building/outing activities.
- Be contact person for any requirement and question from employees related to benefits and compensation
and trade union.
