- Work directly with customers in English.

- Receive orders, follow order progress from start to finish orders and shipments.
- Contact and work with customers via email on issues related to products and orders.
- Check with the factory on the order (the date of order completion, then email the customer notification of the date of inspection ...)
- Supports vendors to prepare the packaging documents (shipping mark, label, assembly instructions...) to make sure it is matched with the compliance/customer requirements before going to mass production.
- Track progress and arrange with shipping lines to schedule shipment
- Complete the relevant documents after shipping (invoice, packing list, Bill, Certificate of Original ...) and send customers after receiving payment from them.
- Follow new designs, send quotes for items that interest customers.
- Source customers from the annual fair.
- Other jobs as assigned by superiors.

- Receive orders, set up sales contracts
- Receiving customer's PO
- Coordinate with related departments to handle
- Send quotation to customer
- Checks, confirm prices, confirm delivery dates on the PO
- Track, urge, remind the workshop about the progress of the application goods/contracts on schedule as committed with customers
- Making export delivery documents: Invoice, Packinglist, CO ...
- Weekly/monthly report of delayed product compared to PO
- Update quotes: published prices, hardware, monthly sales prices
- Send samples to customers via: DHL, Fedex, UPS.Major duties:
