Draft, review and negotiate the agreements and contracts between the company and partners, including: NDA, Consulting contract, Service contract, Joint Venture agreement, ....
- Review contracts signed by Investors and third parties, including: Construction contract (FIDIC terms and Laws of Construction), Insurance contract, Turbine Supply Agreement, O&M agreement
- Check sub-contrator capacity/ability for some scopes according to EPC contract relating to the design, the design assessment,....
- Together with technical department, finalize Settlement documents for the projects (according to payment terms and EPC contract)
- Attend the meeting with partners to collect project’s information, draft the proposal and prepare relevant agreements before being an official OE for the project (bidding process)
- Consult the BOD legal issues according to the business operation
- Handle disputes happened during the contract implementation, propose solutions, compare pros and cons for BOD’s consideration and decision
- In charge of banking documents of company such as: implementation bond, guarantee bond
- Take the position as Document Controller of Wind power project
