Develop, update, follow up, review recruitment strategy
Responsible to implement and manage the recruitment process from recruitment need evaluation to sign the
labor contract included onboard training and probation evaluation.
Develop and update all job descriptions in the organization.

Work with head of departments to build the career path for each position.

Build company culture
Maintain the relationship between the management and staff: Build up and maintain the communication channels

Manage the HR Department ensuring staff comply with the company’s policies.
Create a harmonious and dynamic working environment to motivates employees.
+ Training
Work with others department and director to develop training plan and monitor training programs
Fosters employees' spirit of learning and sharing skills by internal sharing.
+ HR projects
Implement some HR projects to develop for long term plan such as Job design, Competency and Evaluation

- Office management : Implement the company's internal process and operation:
+ Collaboration with CFO to build the operating expenses budget for half-year plan, annual plan and long term plan.
+ Responsible to control the operating expenses to meet the business strategy.
+ Manage the delivery of administrative operations including but not restricted to office fit out and renovation, facilities
management, office operations & cleaning, G-suite, dropbox, website, car booking, air ticket, hotel ...
+ Organize and supervise other office activities (project inauguration events, yearly company events, tea break,
monthly and annual team buildings, …)
+ Manage the administration activities: Visa, Work Permit, apartment for expat…
+ Built and develop the company's process
