- Obtaining due diligence, drafting simple agreements under the supervisor's guidance for the acquisition of three hydroelectric power plants worth 1,200 billion VND ;
- Doing legal research the matters relating to the legal issues based on the supervisor's request;
- Translating legal documents into English and vice versa;
- Carrying out legal procedures: licenses for the establishment of three enterprises and amendment if necessary; registration of six secured transactions, etc...
- Other tasks if required by the director, supervisor or administrative work
