- Charge of developer model the shoes for new color.
- Track the process of sample complete.Guarante for sample output is ordinary.
- Received information from customer and transfer for other groups
- Directly speak to the customer when have problem.
- Make scheduled and moniter order from customer.
- Order material from another suppiers.
- Make Bom on the system and give another departments have related.
- Perform related duties assigned by head department.

Key responsibilities:
- Discuss with customer about plan orders.
- Finding new customers.
- Directly discuss with customer when have problem.
- Develop new project.
- Discussing prices.
- Take care sample color panel, fabric,…ect.
- Create good relationships between factory and customer.
- Make report send to production team, technique team and another dept.
- Meeting with customer and discuss about all problem related to ordes, sample, production,…ect.
- Receive orders from customer to paste information for production team.
- Booking QC come to final inspection at factory.
- Discuss with customer about price and ask customer to have price suitable target price customer’s.
- Discuss with technique team to send drawing for customer soon.
- To solve claim customer’s.
- Customer care all problem about customer.
