1. Drafting and revising the contracts, agreements and other legal dossiers arising during the Company’s operation such as commercial contracts, POA, NDA, MOU, BCC, etc.
2. Preparing and performing administrative procedures, including but not limited to: issuing notification of economic concentration; registration of increasing, decreasing charter capital; changes in information about authorized representatives; registration of enterprises and their branches, business location; registration of enterprise dissolution; change of legal representative/business lines/ headquarters address of enterprises.
3. Prepare application files for all kinds of licensing procedures including certificate of eligibility for rice export business; certificate of eligibility for fertilizer trade; certificate of competence in pesticide business, etc.
4. Preparing the dossiers and conducting all necessary procedures to organize annual and/or ad hoc GMS, the meetings of the BOM; drafting the documents to ask for the advice from the owner’s representative agency; prepare dossiers to disclose of information.
5. Advising on legal issues in relation to the Company’s activities.
6. Participating and negotiating with the Company’s customers to deal with all issues of the contracts.
7. Supporting to solve problems related to complaints, litigation, contractual disputes, contract breach, copycats’ infringement, violation of the Company regulations.
8. Staying up-to-date with laws, regulations, and standards in connection with the Company’s activities
9.Colla borating with relevant departments to prepare the reports or explanation document as required by the competent authorities.
10. Working on behalf of the Company with the competent authorities and being authorized person to resolve issues related to labor, occupational accident and propose appropriate solutions
11. Conducting legal due diligence and other tasks in relation to M&A
12. Other tasks as required by the leader from time to time

2. Drafting and completing the contracts template in accordance with the Company’s operation and demand.
3. Preparing and performing administrative procedures as required by the Client, including but not limited to: registration of enterprises and their branches, business location; enterprises conversion; registration of enterprise dissolution; change of legal representative/business lines/ headquarters address of enterprises.
4. Drafting official documents to explain all issues in connection to the registered trademark upon the requirement of IP Office of Vietnam.
5. Participating and negotiating with the Company’s customers to deal with all issues of the contracts.
6. Drafting internal regulations of the Company.
7. Advising on legal issues in relation to the Company’s activities, including the conditions to organize the events; rent real estate, etc.
8. Preparing the dossiers and conducting all necessary procedures to organize annual and/or ad hoc GMS, the meetings of the BOM.
9.Drafting and preparing dossiers and being authorized person of the Company in lawsuit.

1. Being charge of regularly consulting for more than 05 companies in relation to their operation and compliance, including but not limited to: IP (copyright, trade mark, industrial designs, license, sub-license); labor; commercial field.
2. Advising on legal issues in connection with labor, IP, business, inheritance, real estate, marriage and family, etc.
3. Drafting and revising contracts, agreements, legal advice letters, etc. in accordance with the Client’s request and applicable laws.
4. Performing administrative procedures as required by the Client, including but not limited to: registration of enterprises and their branches, business location; enterprises conversion; registration of enterprise dissolution; change of legal representative/business lines/ headquarters address of enterprises; registration of copyright/ trademarks; etc.
5. Drafting and preparing dossiers and being authorized person of Client in lawsuit.
6. Drafting internal regulations of the Law Firm.
