Key responsibilities:
1. Administration:
• Manage HCM office’s day-to-day administrative operations (total 85 staffs) & provide admin support to Hanoi branch.
• Be responsible for setting up & implementing all administrative processes, procedures, Company policies & regulations,
• Organize events and functions (Annual Sales & Marketing meetings, seminars, sub-contractor’s training, Sales incentive trips, etc.).
• Control the purchase of office services and the implementation of service contracts (office building lease, insurance, air-ticket, hotel accommodation, stationery, cars, furniture, office machines, Company events/ functions, and so on)
• Arrange & take care the production of marketing materials, promotion materials and other activities to support the Sales and Marketing team
• Manage 1 receptionist, 1 cleaner, 3 guard men, 2 drivers and 1 messenger to keep working environment in best situation.
2. Business partner to set up new BU: health care product department:
• Together with BOM, build up a big department from 2016 with 3 initial members to 50 ones in 2019
• Suggest new HR strategies & metrics for new BU.
3. Human resources:
• Propose/ support Director at important decisions for internal issues/ HR problems to keep company atmosphere warm & cooperated as its culture
• Be responsible for office staff recruitment procedure
• Propose to BOM and organize staff training & HR development programs
• Organize office activities for staff motivation (company parties & entertainment, year-end party, company trip, etc.)
