Collaborate with HR Manager to implement HR functional included Talent Acquisition, Total Reward and Operations:
1. Recruitment
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment in order to build up employer branding and diverse candidate pool, but
not limited to recruitment request, job posting, screening, interviewing and offering;
- Work with HR Manager to manage the recruiting budget, manpower planning per quarterly/yearly etc..;
- Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, update JDs and propose suitable solutions under
specific timelines;
- Advise HODs and BDs updated local labor law and regulation. Ensure compliance with Government’s policies
and Company’s Policies;
- Maintain the candidate database for reference and future usage;
- Implementing and building an on-boarding program;
2. Training and Development
- Work with HR Manager to deliver of training-needs program to target participants;
- Conducting learning needs assessments to determine business needs and associated capability gaps;
- Analyzing post-training evaluation and carry out follow-up actions to ensure training effectiveness;
- Coordinating with external venders for specialist training courses and to ensure they are competent and
qualified for course delivery.
3. Total Reward
- In charge of timely payment of monthly salary, allowance, OT, Incentive, SHUI, PIT, final payment for employees;
- Control employees time sheets/attendance and reconcile with payroll;
- Follow-up of yearly annual leave and other compensation;
- Process procedures of sickness, maternity, convalescence to Social Insurance Dept.;
- Responsibility for dashboard report including headcount in-out, transferring and turnover rate;
- Follow up employee’s profile, performance appraisal; renewal of labor contracts, update of employees’
promotion, transfer, termination and exit interview;
- Update legal changing related to SIA, PIT and LU to HR Manager;
- Ensure internal report for office operation expense.
4. Other
- Coordinating with HR Team to design and develop company events/ committee;
- ISO & HR Processes/ Policies and Handbook;
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

- Prepare documents to make the Visa, Temporary Residence Card and Work Permit for expatriate staffs
and their family members;
- Prepare the documents and register for changing the business license to the Department;
- Monitor and contact with office building management for rental contract, and office expense;

- Organize company events: Company trip, Year End party, etc;
- Monitor and follow up all the company insurance contracts including vehicle insurance and other.
