Culture and Safety – Team Leader

Manage Compliance/HSE/Administration/HR – Team leader
➢ Compliance Officer /HSE 60%
Training
− Make yearly training with budget prediction including orientation training and additional training courses (internal and external) requested by departments’ need to enhance professional, soft skills.
− Directly conduct orientation training, annual HR/HSEtraining aswell as collaborate with related depts for annual promotion training for potential employees.
− Follow up post-training evaluation as training schedule.
KPI and Standard understanding and well implement Social Compliance Standard below:
− Kohl'sstandard: C-KPI (Compliance KPI) and E-KPI (Environment KPI), Security Standard, Higg Index (EnvironmentIndex).
- Other customers’standard: C-TPAT, SCAN, GSV, Better Work, BSCI, WRAP, FCCA, …
Compliance policy/document, Labor and HSE
− Receive customer audit, follow up the the finding issues with CAP
− Make annual OSH plan including budget.
− Conduct internal audit every 6 months
− Schedule monthly meeting for HSE opening issues with BOD. Support HSE committee and OSH net for 5s control.
− Periodically make risk assessment, highly pay attention to hazardous areas
Fire fighting
− Firefighting: check/maintain fire pump, water volume, pipe pressure, fire hose, automatic sprinkler system, fire extinguisher, fire alarm system and lightning protection permit.
− Conduct fire drill every 3 months with the records.
− Manage internal firefightingteam
− Update required documentsuch as mandatory fire insurance, construction permit, aslaw.
Electricity and Machine
− Install warning signal, isolation and safety cover at hazardous areas.
− Ensure operators to be fully trained and certified.
− Declare restricted machines/equipments to local authorities.
PPE
− Ensure 100% PPE delivery to employees.
Clinic
− Conduct periodic health check
− Ensure first aid box fully equipped.
− Sign contract with nearby clinic, hospital
− Assign qualified medical personnel on site
− Record occupational accident with root cause and timely make accident prevention.
Environment
− Follow up the STP system in factory and inspection daily to ensure the system running 24/24
hour/day.
− Prepare EIA/Production Environment Plan. Follow up environment activities mentioned in EIA/Production Environment Plan.
− Record monthly using index: electricity, water, sewage, solid waste, air and chemical.
− Make yearly reduction target for: electricity, water and solid water.
− Handling a disposal for kinds of waste as domestic waste/ industrial waste/ hazardous waste
− Making challan approval for waste go out from factory
− Random inspecting the authorized people who are allowed to enter waste room
Security System key in person in
− Prepare security procedures/documents/forms forsecurity audit. Make CAP and follow up
− Maintain security system as C-TPAT, GSV, SCAN, or international security standard.
− Make internal audit for periodic self-assessment.
➢ Administration 20%
− Control, Manage Security staff and urgent problem solving.
− Purchase monthly stationery/personal protective equipment
− Periodically train security team asinternational security’s standard.
− Receive incoming/ outgoing mail/letter/document from external/internal.
− Settle monthly payment for using utility such as EMS, audit fee, training cost, …
Purchase Stationary
− Make plan buy Stationary as Requested Plan
− Received Goods (Check quality of each Goods if okay will get, not ok will return to Supplier and change other goods)
− Input to warehouse
− Make plan to Stationary allocation to departments
− Inventory Warehouse and make Report to Manager
− Follow up Supplier and negotiation Price of each goods kind of monthly
Security team
− Takeweeklymeeting with Security team and discussimprovements, observations andmake
corrective action
− Make sure all security controls are in Place
− Monitor attendance of security team
− Carried out special projects with security based on management request
− Replace and rotate security staff time to time to make sure relationships not been buildup
− Change the security companies each two years
− Make sure all security documents maintain in files with 5s
− Sending Aging on returnable items to management
− Issuing seal and monitor seal using status daily
− Update maintenance department about building construction time to time to make sure
appearance of thefactory
− Checking the bi-hourly patrol status at 5 points of building
− Random inspecting the document maintainable status
− Monitoring the vehicle & visitor come in/out factory
− Doing Payment Document for Security service
Discipline
− Receive violation minutes to make discipline for any case of offence OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
− Conduct Motivational Activitiesin the Plant (Arranging both internal and external events)
