Purchasing staff
- Receipt purchase requests; plan to purchase raw materials, machines and related equipments, manufacture product as sections’ request
- Send requests for quotation, evaluate, negotiate, select and manage suppliers
- Issue PO, follow the delivery
- Send a request for delivery schedule confirmation, track the supplier's
delivery closely, and ensure timely delivery.
- Issue purchase contract
- Make a weekly report
- Check payment for monthly, ensure to open the declaration and submit payment documents on time
- Other tasks under the guidance of manager or senior staff
