To be in charge of :
 Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, email and phone calls.
 Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines.
 Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
 Managing databases.
 Liaising with business partner, suppliers and clients.
 Collating and filing expenses.
 Miscellaneous tasks to support the Director, which will vary according to the sector and to the Director’s
remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run

 Insuring an efficient follow up of company procedures within marketing staffs (respect of deadlines, promotion
