- About C&B Admin: enter date and hours data, check fingerprint files, calculate commission for staffs;
- Registration of dependents, PIT code;

- Do Payroll for Full time Employee (without PIT);
- Do SHUI on TS24 and paper documents;
- Manage Annual Leave files of all employees;
- Making labor contract (part time, full time, service, seasonal,..).
Recruitment:
- Participate in the initial interview and candidate screening process;
- Welcome new employees, prepare documents;
Admin:
- Making certification, assignment decisions, termination decisions, ...;
- Prepare decree, other papers depending on management requirements;
- Make weekly reports about the work undertaken;
- Make reports to the government agencies for inspection;
- Other tasks.

- Manage and Process monthly payroll to Payroll & Staffing Clients; includedata, timesheet, all kind of payroll reports (salary, payslip, PIT, insurance,labor...);
- Manage and coordinate with team in insurance and PIT registration/ report,include insurance claim and benefit;
- Manage all process of new hires, termination, labor contract, on boardingdocs and reports in compliance with current regulations;
- Manage & follow up all kinds of leaves of associates including annual leaves,unpaid leave; sick leave...;
- Cooperate with HR team for induction training to associates;
- Monthly catch up with associates in working places, support and conductmeeting with associates to settle issues at site with clients;
- Manage all HR admin related task with support from admin team;
- Manage clients and monthly process of billing, payment;
- Control and manage outsourcing cost, reconcile P&L report;
- Others task as assigned by manager.
